Objectives

  1. Graduates with competencies in Bioorganic Chemistry and Inorganic Materials who are high-quality and excellent.
  2. A professionally managed study program to support the achievement of education, research, and community service goals.

Strategies

Strategies to achieve these two objectives are divided into three phases: short-term, medium-term, and long-term, each spanning five years starting from 2016. Detailed strategic activities to ensure the achievement of PSKJM FSM Undip’s educational goals for each phase are as follows:

Short Term (First 5 years):

  • Promoting the Study Program.
  • Building an accountable and transparent student selection mechanism.
  • Enhancing curriculum design.
  • Improving accessibility to advanced instruments.
  • Creating an academic atmosphere (short courses, workshops, seminars).
  • Strengthening the capacity of lecturers and academic staff.
  • Organizing the functions of the study program institution.
  • Initiating domestic and international collaborations.

Medium Term (Second 5 years):

  • Improving the qualifications of prospective students.
  • Developing an internationally standardized curriculum.
  • Revitalizing and enhancing the accessibility of facilities and infrastructure.
  • Strengthening the academic atmosphere.
  • Improving the quality of research output.
  • Enhancing the capacity of lecturers and academic staff.
  • Consolidating the functions of the Study Program institution.
  • Expanding and strengthening collaboration networks.
  • Initiating Twinning Programs/Double Degree programs.

Long Term (Third 5 years):

  • Achieving international accreditation.
  • Strengthening Twinning Programs/Double Degree programs.
  • Initiating International Classes.
  • Downstreaming innovative works/products.
  • Ensuring the sustainability of the Study Program.
